    Describe the situation you’re currently dealing with.
  2. Check the facts#

    Identify your emotions & fears. What’s impacting your decision making? Are you thinking objectively? Are you able to see things from a different perspective?
  3. Identify your goal#

    What is your end goal?
  4. List possible solutions#

    Make a list of possible solutions. There’s no wrong answer; try to list as many as you can!
  5. Choose a solution#

    Remember to prioritise your own feelings & needs, as well as the feelings & needs of others. Make a plan of how it can be implemented.
  6. Try it!#

    Put the solution into action.
  7. Evaluate the outcomes#

    Did you reach the desired outcome? Reflect on what went well, and if anything could be improved.
  8. Didn’t work? Try again!#

    Don’t give up! Look at your list of solutions again and try the next best option. You’ve got this!
