How to be willing#

  1. Notice the urge to show willingness
  2. Radically accept any urges to act with wilfulness
  3. Ask yourself:
    • What’s the threat?
    • What’s the barrier?
    • What can I do to be effective?
      • Work smarter, not harder
      • Spend time & thoughts mindfully
      • Think before acting
