Past, Present & Future#
Distress ToleranceWeek 6If we have one foot in the past & one foot in the present, there isn’t another foot to step into the future. To more forward, we have to let ourselves go from the past & take a step into the future.
Steps we have already taken cannot be changed. Steps we take in the future cannot be predicted. But we can decide where we step now, and how we can direct ourselves into the future we truly want.

Thoughts are just passing trains; stay on the platform, don’t just hop the first train you see.
