Remember to prioritise your own feelings & needs , as well as the feelings & needs of others. Make a plan of how it can be implemented.

Evaluate the outcomes#
Did you reach the desired outcome? Reflect on what went well, and if anything could be improved.

Don’t give up! Look at your list of solutions again and try the next best option. You’ve got this!
